General questions

What is the maximum possible embroidery size?

Our embroidery machines can process designs up to a size of 600 mm x 400 mm, depending on the type of textile.

What are the advantages of embroidery?

Embroidery is the most robust and durable finishing method. The yarn stands out clearly from the background due to its structure and color, giving your textiles an elegant, high-quality look.

Can patches/embroideries also be created?

Yes, we produce custom patches according to your specifications. The minimum order quantity is 10 pieces. We exclusively create high-quality, fully embroidered patches without a background fabric – the most elegant option. Contact us for a personalized quote.

Prices & Costs

How are embroidery prices calculated?

Prices vary depending on the order and are calculated based on the required number of stitches. Embroidery with a customer-supplied logo incurs additional costs for digitization (punching).

How much does it cost to digitize my logo?

Creating an embroidery file varies in complexity depending on the design and is priced individually. However, this is a one-time fee and is waived for subsequent orders. Embroidery with standard fonts does not require digitization.

What is "punching" or digitization?

For an embroidery machine to reproduce a graphic, it must be converted into a special embroidery file. This process defines the needle placement points, stitch direction, thread color, stitch density, stitch direction, stitch type, intersection points, and color changes. This requires innovative software and years of experience.

Technical requirements

How small can fonts be?

Fonts should not be smaller than 5-7 mm, otherwise they will no longer be legible.

What is the minimum required width of the lines?

Lines should be at least 1 mm wide. However, the exact values ​​depend on the fabric – different standards apply to fleece than to a piqué polo shirt.

How many colors are possible?

Maximum 16 colors per design. Color gradients cannot be embroidered.

What is the maximum possible size?

Approximately DIN A3 (600 mm x 400 mm), depending on the fabric. The standard size for fabrics is 300 x 250 mm.

Ordering & Process

What information do you need to provide a quote?

  1. Type of textiles (if applicable, item number from our catalog)
  2. Quantity of textiles
  3. Position(s) of the embroidery(s)
  4. Size of the embroidery(s)
  5. Logo or graphic in good quality (via email)
  6. For text-only embroidery: text, color and font.

Please note that we can only prepare a quote if you provide complete information. Quotes are, of course, free of charge!

Is there a minimum order quantity?

For items with graphic elements/logos, the minimum order quantity is 10 pieces. Individual items with complex graphics would be disproportionately expensive due to digitization costs.

Can I also have my own textiles embroidered?

Yes, we also embroider customer-supplied textiles. However, this is only possible by prior arrangement and excludes any warranty or liability claims for potential damage. We reserve the right to refuse certain textiles.

Can I order by phone?

No. To avoid misunderstandings regarding complex order details, the ordering process is exclusively in writing (via email, letter, or fax). After receiving your order, you will receive confirmation of all details as well as a realistic embroidery sample. The order will only be processed after your confirmation. Of course, we can then discuss details by phone.

Delivery & Payment

How long does delivery take?

Typically 10-14 business days after receipt of payment, but depending on order volume, it can take 3-4 weeks. Delivery time depends on the order volume and type. Seasonal delivery times may also vary.

What payment options are available?

Since these are custom-made items, we only accept prepayment (exception: B2B orders subject to credit check). Payment options: PayPal or bank transfer. Order processing will only begin after payment has been received.

How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs depend on the order size. Free shipping can be arranged for larger orders. Currently: DHL or DPD - parcel up to 31.5 kg incl. CO₂ tax – €9.90 plus VAT. Very large orders are shipped via freight carrier.

Do you also deliver abroad?

Yes, we deliver to the entire EU and to Switzerland.

Can I pick up the goods?

Not usually. In exceptional cases, we can arrange a collection appointment by prior agreement.

Returns & Cancellation Policy

Can I return embroidered textiles?

No, please note our right of withdrawal. As these are custom-made items that cannot be used otherwise, embroidered textiles are excluded from returns.

Yes! We offer attractive terms and discounts, as well as 100% customer protection, specifically for large customers, agencies, and resellers. Upon request, we can handle the entire process, including delivery of the textiles and neutral shipping directly to your customers.
